VoiceCraft provides public speaking courses, coaching, and training services ("Services") to help individuals improve their communication and presentation skills. Our Services include in-person training, online courses, one-on-one coaching, corporate workshops, and educational content provided through our website.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Transmitting any harmful code or malware
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation
• Collecting or harvesting any information from our website without permission

3. Intellectual Property

VoiceCraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4. Course Registration and Payment

By registering for our courses, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay all fees at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect courses that have already been purchased.

4.2 Refund Policy

For in-person courses, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the course start date.

For online courses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course material.

5. Course Attendance and Participation

You are responsible for attending scheduled courses and participating in course activities. VoiceCraft reserves the right to refuse entry or continuation in a course to anyone who behaves in a disruptive manner or violates our code of conduct.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

7. User Content

Any content you submit to our website, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and testimonials ("User Content"), remains your property. However, by providing User Content to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights, and does not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoiceCraft, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
